The Lebanese International University (LIU) organizes summer outreach workshops that serve the local community and support school learners aged fifteen and above. During the annual summer vacation, students join free educational and artistic programs hosted on LIU campuses, turning their holiday into a productive time for learning, discovery, and engagement.
Outreach programs are offered by LIU schools and departments and currently include English Official Exam Orientation, English for non-English speaking learners, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Programming for Beginners, and Art & Craft. These workshops build students' skills, strengthen their academic foundations, and open doors to future studies and careers in science, technology, and the arts.
Each workshop runs for five sessions (one session per week, 2h 30 min each) and is completely free of charge. Participants receive an LIU ID to use campus facilities such as sports courts, library, and internet labs, and a certificate of completion at the end of the program.
